BEENet provides an online marketplace through which sellers can list products and buyers can discover and order products. Product availability, descriptions, pricing and seller-specific fulfilment may vary by listing.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Users must not misuse another person's account or provide misleading information.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that product information, pricing, availability and other listing details are accurate and lawful. BEENet may remove or restrict listings that violate its policies or applicable requirements.
When a buyer places an order, the order is posted to BEENet and the relevant seller is informed so that fulfilment can proceed.
BEENet may collect or facilitate collection of order amounts and subsequently settle the applicable amount with the seller after successful fulfilment, subject to the agreed BEENet commission and applicable marketplace policies.

Returns and claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not applicable under BEENet's current policy.
Users must not use BEENet for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or deceptive activities, including submitting knowingly false orders or product information.
BEENet platform content, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Users must not copy, modify, distribute or exploit BEENet content without appropriate authorization.
BEENet may restrict, suspend or terminate access where necessary because of misuse, fraud, policy violations, security concerns or other legitimate operational reasons.
