These Seller Terms apply to sellers who register products and fulfil orders through BEENet Store.
Sellers must provide accurate information required for registration and marketplace operations. Sellers are responsible for keeping their account and business information up to date.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product names, descriptions, images, prices, availability and other information submitted for listing. Sellers must not knowingly provide misleading product information.
When a buyer places an order, the order is posted to BEENet. BEENet informs the relevant seller about the order so that the seller can proceed according to the applicable fulfilment arrangement.
If the seller decides to ship the order independently, the seller must deposit the order amount with BEENet as security before proceeding with the order, according to the applicable BEENet process.
After successful fulfilment, BEENet releases the security arrangement and settles the seller's applicable order proceeds after deducting the agreed BEENet commission.
If the seller chooses BEENet fulfilment, BEENet will collect the goods from the seller and arrange the delivery process. No security deposit is required for an order fulfilled by BEENet.
After successful fulfilment, BEENet deducts its applicable commission and transfers the remaining applicable order amount to the seller.
BEENet operates on a commission-based marketplace model. The applicable commission is deducted from successfully fulfilled orders according to the agreed seller arrangement.
Sellers must make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders for products they have listed as available. Sellers should promptly communicate any issue that prevents fulfilment.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products offered through BEENet are lawful, accurately represented and suitable for sale. Sellers must not list prohibited, counterfeit, fraudulent or unauthorized products.
Sellers must cooperate with eligible buyer claims and with BEENet's return, refund and delivery processes. Buyer claims are subject to the Return & Refund Policy.
Sellers must not manipulate orders, provide false information, misuse customer information, circumvent BEENet processes, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
BEENet may restrict, suspend or terminate a seller account where there is suspected fraud, repeated fulfilment failure, policy violation, unlawful activity, or other legitimate operational or security concerns.
