BEENet supports two fulfilment arrangements. An order may be shipped by the seller or fulfilled through BEENet, depending on the arrangement for that order.
When a buyer places an order, the order is posted to BEENet. BEENet informs the relevant seller about the order so that fulfilment can proceed.
If the seller chooses to ship the order independently, the seller is required to deposit the order amount with BEENet as security before proceeding with fulfilment, according to the applicable BEENet process.
After successful fulfilment, BEENet releases the security arrangement and settles the applicable order proceeds after deducting the agreed BEENet commission.
If BEENet is responsible for shipping the order, BEENet will arrange collection of the goods from the seller and proceed with fulfilment. No security deposit is required from the seller for BEENet-fulfilled orders.
After successful fulfilment, BEENet deducts its applicable commission and transfers the remaining applicable order amount to the seller.
Buyers may be contacted regarding delivery and order-related matters. Buyers should provide an accurate and complete delivery address and remain available to receive their orders.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances such as incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, courier or logistics issues, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside BEENet's reasonable control.
For sensitive or fragile items, including glass items and similar products, an open-parcel inspection may be required in the presence of the delivery person. Buyers should inspect such packages at delivery. Claims for such items will not be entertained after the parcel has been accepted without the required inspection.
Buyers should check the delivered parcel and product as applicable at the time of delivery. Where open-parcel inspection is specified, the buyer should complete the inspection before accepting the parcel.
Delivery does not automatically create a right to return an item because of a change of mind. Please see our Return & Refund Policy.
